Associate HR Consultant / Coach

Stine is a passionate and experienced HR professional, based in Copenhagen. Stine has worked across most HR functional areas, having served as Head of HR Operations, Senior & Executive HR Business Partner and Head of HR at Maersk Oil. She has also led a global HR transformation team. Her direct experiences include leading, facilitating and supporting organisational restructuring, including significant downsizing and cost transformation programmes, global labour relations and the delivery of processes across multi-national organisations. Stine has lived and worked across different cultures and is passionate about people and how they develop and change throughout their work and personal lives. Outside of work, Stine enjoys life with her husband and their two daughters.
