Paul had a 20-year career in communications, corporate responsibility and leadership development prior to joining The Mind at Work. A journalist by trade, Paul worked on a series of regional publications in the West Midlands before moving into the corporate world. Since then he has undertaken a number of leadership roles relating to corporate communications and the embedding of the principles of responsible business and values within organisations. Paul is fascinated by the power of purpose and believes that true commercial success should not just measured by profit but also by the positive impact organisations have upon their employees, customers, suppliers and the wider community. He is a proud father of two and a music obsessive.
