She works closely with HR and operational functions to design and deliver highly impactful leadership, managerial and cultural programmes.  Her wisdom and courage to challenge has enabled executive leaders to deliver results whilst living the values of their organisation. The application of her knowledge has been integrated into tailored programmes within sectors that range from retail, banking, energy and aviation regulation to education, health care and charities. Pascale has travelled widely from an early age and has a special affinity with India. She is American and French by birth but has lived in London for most of her life, where she resides with her teenage daughter.
