Originally a psychotherapist, Pascale developed an expertise in working with individuals in groups and organisational contexts.
Pascale has worked closely with HR, marketing and strategic functions in organisations to design and deliver impactful and sustainable competency development programmes, with systems and internal capability to support them.
She has expertise in developing content for talent development and performance enhancement, creating service cultures and partnership relationships, and innovative problem-solving and accountability cultures. She has also facilitated and coached Executive and Leadership Teams to deliver results whilst demonstrating the values in action of an organisation.
Pascale has worked with a diverse spectrum of organisations; from a large family run retail business to global retailer, Tesco, a health care technology company to the NHS, one of the Big 4 banks in the UK to UK aviation regulator and large charities such as The Princes’ Trust to HM Prison Service.
She was one of the lead designers, consultants and deliverers for the award-winning customer service programme at Tesco (2004-2008). Her skills lie in transforming attitudes and behaviours into remarkable leadership and productive relationships, bringing deep insight and wisdom into organisations and business.
A traveller from a young age, she has a special affinity for India, is a student of Triadic meditation and a music aficionado. Born in the US, Pascale has spent most of her life in England and lives in London with her daughter.
