Associate Trainer / Coach

Louise has a background in education and business, including more than 20 years’ experience in the field of organisational and personal change. She began her career in teaching, which began a life-long passion for learning. With specialist knowledge in information systems, Louise was invited into the museum sector and was appointed Head of Information Systems at English Heritage. She subsequently became CEO of a unique organisation linking global museums with a far-reaching information system.  She brings expertise in leading, holding vision & purpose and meeting the challenges of delivering strategy. Louise specialises in working with senior leaders and teams to realise their ambitions whilst satisfying both their organisation’s and their own personal needs. Louise was born in London and divides her time between the UK and Italy.
