Maura is a passionate leader with an extensive experience in leading global people departments and enabling transformation across the digital, brand & consumer goods, fashion, services and manufacturing sectors. Across her 20 years of corporate experience, Maura has undertaken substantial leadership roles with direct responsibility for teams and activity across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and the Asia & Pacific regions. During this period, Maura has led a cultural transformation by leveraging purpose within a multicultural business environment, established a People Value Proposition to support a fast-changing corporate turnaround in the fashion industry and was also responsible for helping reinforce people values in a learning role within the military sector. In 2023, Maura followed her passion to inspire and support organisational and people transformation in the capacity as a coach and facilitator, where she continues to support people to lead with purpose and enable companies to create long-term value and sustainable results, that will also have a positive impact on society. Maura is also a budding cartoonist, a guitar player and is fond of history and her three children.
